Fees

We discuss fees at the time of initial consultation. Our fees are based on the amount of time actually spent on your case, the complexity of the work, and the results achieved. In those instances, it is our policy to provide you with bills that describe the work performed and time spent. In addition, certain case work is undertaken on a fixed, contingent or percentage fee basis.
